Parents Welcomed to the 2025-2026 school year

The Parents' Orientation Meeting welcomed our new and returning families for the 2025-2026 academic year at Royat Al-Ebtikar International School! 🎉 The event aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of school programmes and rules. It also sought to foster a strong, collaborative partnership between parents and the school to ensure every child's success and wellbeing. 🤝

Ms. Enass, our School Director, warmly welcomed everyone and expressed her gratitude for their trust. 🙏 She outlined the school's mission and vision, emphasizing a holistic approach to education. This approach nurtures not only academic excellence but also personal growth, character development, and a strong sense of social responsibility. ✨

Mr. Sonny, the Academic Director, then delivered a detailed presentation. 📋 He covered crucial school policies on attendance, punctuality, and the code of conduct. He also explained the academic integrity standards, grading systems, and the preferred communication protocols between parents and teaching staff. 💬

Ms. Manal, Head of the Arabic Department, emphasized the importance of mastering Arabic. 🇦🇪 She detailed modern teaching methods, including interactive lessons and cultural activities. Her presentation showed how the programme is designed to make learning the language both engaging and highly relevant for all students. 📚

Ms. Wiam, Head of Early Years, presented the department's exciting new curriculum. 🌟 She highlighted the key learning areas using Cambridge Early Years resources. Parents were also given a clear outline of the daily schedule, including all the various subjects and fun activities planned for the little ones. 🧸

A comprehensive Q&A session followed the presentations. 🙋‍♀️ Parents asked specific questions about academic expectations, extracurriculars, and logistics. The panel, comprising all the senior staff, provided clear and concise answers. This addressed all concerns and ensured parents felt fully informed and supported. ✅

The formal meeting concluded, and everyone was invited for light refreshments. ☕️🍪 This created a lovely, informal setting for parents to mingle with staff and each other. This networking opportunity was highly beneficial, allowing for further relaxed discussions about school life. 😊

The orientation was a resounding success! 🎊 The well-structured agenda and interactive sessions laid a solid foundation for a positive, collaborative year. The event effectively communicated the school's values and reinforced the vital partnership with our parent community. ❤️
