تجربة مليئة بالحماس: أسبوع التوعية بصحة الأسنان في مدرسة رؤية الابتكار

في أجواء مليئة بالمرح والتعلم، عاش طلاب مدرسة رؤية الابتكار أيامًا لا تُنسى خلال فعاليات أسبوع التوعية بصحة الأسنان، الذي أُقيم من الثالث وحتى السابع من نوفمبر. شارك جميع طلابنا في أنشطة شيقة عززت لديهم عادات صحية سليمة للعناية بأسنانهم.

عادات صحية تدوم مدى الحياة

منذ انطلاق الفعاليات يوم الأحد وحتى الأربعاء، امتلأت أيامنا بالدروس المسلية حول كيفية تنظيف الأسنان بطرق صحيحة. تعرّف الطلاب على أهمية استخدام الفرشاة بشكل يومي ومضمضة الفم بطريقة صحيحة، بالإضافة إلى الفوائد العظيمة لفحوصات الأسنان الدورية.

ولجعل التجربة أكثر إثارة، شاهد الطلاب مقاطع فيديو تعليمية ممتعة، وشاركوا في ألعاب تفاعلية تحوّل العناية بالأسنان إلى نشاط يجلب السعادة والضحك.

اختتمنا أسبوعنا بزيارة مميزة من فريق أطباء الأسنان بمستشفى السلامة، الذين قدّموا ورش عمل تفاعلية عرّفت الطلاب على الأساليب المثلى للعناية بصحة الفم. ولأن الأطفال فضوليون بطبيعتهم، لم يترددوا في طرح أسئلتهم على الأطباء الذين أجابوا عن كل استفساراتهم بابتسامات دافئة.

لم يتوقف المرح عند هذا الحد! اختتمنا أسبوعنا بأنشطة ممتعة مثل القفز على المربعات وصنع مجسمات طينية للأسنان. حتى أننا تحولنا إلى محاربين شجعان وقضينا على التسوس في ألعاب ترفيهية شيقة.

وفي لفتة مميزة، أجرى الأطباء فحوصات على أسنان الطلاب للتأكد من صحتها وجمالها. وغادروا جميعاً وهم يحملون فرش ومعاجين أسنان وكل ما يحتاجونه للعناية بأسنانهم بشكل يومي.

من خلال هذا الأسبوع المليء بالمرح والمعرفة، تعلمنا أن الحفاظ على أسناننا ليس بالأمر الصعب، بل يتطلب منا اتباع عادات بسيطة يومية. هذه التجربة حفزتنا على الاستمرار في العناية بأسناننا، ونتطلع إلى المزيد من الأنشطة الممتعة التي تعزز صحتنا وابتساماتنا.
